Thomas Mohr, 5th Degree Black Belt
Prinicpal Instructor, Fitness Trainer, Personal Coach
Mr. Mohr has been practicing Martial Arts for 30 years and is a nationally ranked 5th Degree Black Belt. Originally from Buffalo, NY, He has instructed classes at the State University
College at New York, Lancaster Central High School, GOLDS Total Fitness Center, the Rochester Institute of Technology, Buffalo Athletic Club, and the Gymnastics Sports Academy. His Children’s Program
in Buffalo has produced a number of Black Belts that are still teaching today. He has also taught self-defense seminars in concert with local police departments.
The Mayor of Dunkirk, New York and the Dunkirk Youth Bureau have honored Mr. Mohr for his participation in the Big Brother - Little Brother Program. He has also been recognized by the
Atlanta Committee on Olympic Games as a Community Hero and carried the Olympic Torch in the 1996 Olympic Games. Mr. Mohr is a 1995 New York City Marathon Finisher as well as an Eagle Scout in
the Boy Scouts of America. He is also a devoted husband and proud father of two children. Mr. Mohr and his family relocated to Jacksonville from Northern Virginia in May 2004.
